Integration of Social-Emotional Learning into Academics through Service-Learning
Social and emotional competencies serve as a foundation for achieving academic goals while academic instruction also provides a ripe opportunity for teaching and practicing social and emotional learning (SEL). Through schoolwide SEL Everett Public Shools can ensure that SEL is woven throughout academic instructional time to support and deepen learning (CASEL)
EPS is looking for four teachers to implement SEL through a Service Learning Project
Staff selected for this stipend opportunity will:

Stipend Pay:
4 teachers (preferably working on the same teaching team and located at the same building):
-100 hours for pre- implementation planning including required PD planning and curriculum prep
-84 hours through September-June for ongoing coaching support implementation
-16 hours ongoing formative assessment and data analysis
-200 hours of work in total at $40/hour
Total Stipend Pay: $8000 per staff for SY26
