Retail Marketing Manager CEEME (south)
Job Summary
The Retail Marketing Manager is expected to drive execution of the marketing plans: setting up the planning for the local markets translating regional marketing strategy into actions leading channel-specific strategies across all countries.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Tasks
Is responsible for a group of countries and works closely with the Brand Marketing executives Business Development Managers and Distributors to deliver effective plans for the markets
Leads the coordination of 6Ps execution
Works closely with marketing peer contacts in distributor teams
Provides local expertise to the Consumer Marketing team for the development of brands.
Builds Budget/JBP plans and launch plans
Owns A&P spending
Sales and Distribution data analysis and associated corrective recommendations.
Organize and coordinates meetings & conferences with distributors
Drives BRMO (Brand Recommended Most Often) initiatives and Vet engagement actions
Leads projects on CEEME level
Track and report competitive landscape

Education/ Experience Requirements
Basic qualifications include:
Minimum 5 years marketing or sales experience pet business as an advantage
University Graduate
Good English level (C1)
