Es handelt sich hierbei um eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle (385 Std.).

Wien 50km Umkreis: hybrid (23 Tage Home Office)
Andere Regionen Österreichs: remote

Wohnsitz in Österreich erforderlich

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Kontakte zu unseren Geschäftskunden pflegen (z.B. Forschungslabore Universitäten Pharmaunternehmen Krankenhäuser Industrie etc.)
• Produkt- und Lieferauskünfte erteilen
• Entgegennahme von telefonischen und schriftlichen Bestellungen
• Komplette Auftragsabwicklung inkl. Fakturierung
• Termin- und Liefermanagement
• Paketnachverfolgung
• Reklamationsmanagement
• Abklärung von preislichen Aspekten mit Lieferanten sowie diverse Informations- und Zertifikatsanforderungen

Ihr Profil:

• Erfahrung im B2B Kundenservice mit Fokus auf Warenhandel
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. HAK) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
• Kenntnisse zu Chemikalien und/oder Laborprodukte von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Freude an der Arbeit und am Umgang mit Kunden am Telefon und per E-Mail

Wir bieten:

Für diese Position bieten wir Ihnen auf Vollzeitbasis ein Mindestgehalt von
2.52000 brutto pro Monat. Abhängig von beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung gegeben.
