**Location:** Bucharest Sema Parc (Splaiul Independentei 319 6th District) Bruxelles Building

**Key Requirements:**
- Proven 5 years leadership in call center management
- Experience with mobile or electronic products is a plus
- Legal residence in Romania; Chinese nationality preferred (local work permit holders prioritized)
- Fluent in English; Chinese and Romanian are beneficial
- Bachelors degree or higher
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage customer service team
- Implement KPIs quality standards and team building strategies
- Handle escalated complaints efficiently
- Drive operational excellence and team engagement
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with office tools data analysis and report presentation
- Passionate about mobile products and technology
- Ability to work on-site in Bucharest
