Location: Lisbon or anywhere in mainland Portugal (Remote or On-Site)
Start Dates: Multiple available throughout September October and November 2025
Languages Required: Dutch (C2/Native) English (B1/B2 for internal communication)
Contract Type: Full-time long-term

Responsibilities

Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone email or chat

Provide accurate information resolve queries and ensure top-quality service

Requirements

Fluent/Native Dutch speaker (C2)

Good communication in English (B1/B2) for internal use

Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory

Eligible to work in Portugal (EU passport or valid work permit)
