Join Caixa Mgica Software a leading company in different segments of the Open Source market in Portugal and expanding rapidly!
We are actively involved in national Open Source communities organizing a popular event in Lisbon and participating in several research projects funded by the European Union. Caixa Mgica maintains strong ties with the Public Administration developing the middleware for the Citizen Card system. We also have close links with R&D departments in sectors such as telecommunications and media energy mobile systems and cloud-based platforms to support manufacturing systems.

What are we looking for
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management Psychology or related fields;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment;
- Experience with social media and recruitment platforms with a focus on LinkedIn;
- Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from identifying needs to integrating new hires;
- Experience usingATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)to manage applications and maintain an up-to-date and organized talent database;
- Ability to work independently with a strong focus on results and meeting recruitment KPIs;
- Experience in participating in and organizing networking events and job fairs promoting the company and attracting new talent;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and negotiation ability;
- Good time management organizational and task prioritization skills in dynamic environments;
- Resilience and adaptability with the ability to handle rapid changes and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;
- Solid knowledge of English (written and spoken).
