Leasing Consultant/Coordinator
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM (Pacific Standard Time)
Salary: $1300-$1800/ monthly depending on the experience

Job Overview:
As a Leasing Consultant for our apartment homes in a challenging market you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining residents while emphasizing accountability and legendary customer service. You will be responsible for displaying our properties to prospective residents addressing their inquiries and concerns and guiding them through the leasing process. This role requires resilience adaptability and a passion for providing exceptional service in every interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the leasing process from start to finish ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain thorough records of prospective resident interactions lease agreements and move-in/move-out procedures.
- Adhere to leasing policies and procedures and fair housing regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents building rapport and trust through timely and effective communication.
- Conduct property tours and highlight apartment homes in a compelling and informative manner emphasizing features and amenities that meet prospective residents needs.
- Address inquiries concerns and maintenance requests promptly and professionally exceeding resident expectations at every opportunity.
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract prospective residents to our properties leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
- Build relationships with local businesses organizations and community leaders to generate referrals and drive leasing traffic.
- Attend community events and networking functions to promote our properties and engage with potential residents.
- Assist prospective residents with the application process screening applicants and conducting background checks in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements ensuring accuracy and compliance with leasing regulations and best practices.
- Coordinate move-in/move-out procedures conducting unit inspections and facilitating a smooth transition for residents.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of1 yearof property management experience (multifamily preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to hustle in a fast-paced environment
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a challenging market
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Reliable transportation valid drivers license and proof of insurance
