Job Description
An Affiliate Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic sales and revenue. Duties include recruiting and building relationships with affiliates tracking performance metrics optimizing campaigns and ensuring compliance with marketing guidelines. Strong analytical communication and digital marketing skills are essential.
What Youll Do:
- Establish partnerships with brands under the affiliate marketing model working with influencers in our network
- Discuss and negotiate a commission structure with brands based on a payout of sales conversion
- Select and curate products and services that are a good fit with our influencer verticals
- Collaborate with our platform specialist on the technical aspects of campaign launches and the measurement of performance and success of each campaign
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships that will assist in smooth and on-time project development and execution as well as impact future business opportunities.
- Plan and forecast pipelines of our affiliate marketing business quarterly and annually.
- Meet and communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage timelines assets progress and client deliverables.
- Accountable for resource plan and team structure for achieving revenue & profit target for the team
- Incorporate policies and procedures of the company in the team operations
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending internal training
Who You Are:
- Bachelors Degree holder
- 1-2 years experience in Affiliate Marketing Influencer Marketing and Social Media Management
- Has strong communication skills
- Eager to learn positive attitude receptive to feedback and excited to learn new things
