Job Summary

Lead and manage the team fostering growth and ensuring successful execution of all merchandising with Worldwide Channel Strategy & Operations to ensure accurate implementation of merchandising with Sales Account Managers and Partners to guarantee proper installation and setup of program alignment with marketing guidelines maintaining consistency across all initiatives and touch program budget and expenses ensuring effective financial control and optimization.


  • Proven Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in team management with a strong focus on mentoring and driving performance to meet merchandising goals.
  • Merchandising Expertise: Deep understanding of merchandising strategies including product assortment in-store displays and program implementation across diverse retail environments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong experience working with global teams including Channel Strategy Sales Account Managers and Marketing to ensure seamless execution and alignment of merchandising programs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear effective store communications and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously including New Product Introductions (NPIs) and reset activities while ensuring adherence to timelines and guidelines.
  • Budget Management: Experience in overseeing budgets and controlling program expenses ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial optimization.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven track record of handling compliance issues product escalations and troubleshooting challenges in a fast-paced environment.


  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills for optimizing inventory management product lifecycle strategies and system improvements.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand regional market nuances and adapt strategies to meet local consumer needs and preferences.
