Job Description
We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts to work with our F500 clients.
Responsibilities:
- Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide commercially tailored support
- Providing practical legal advice on transactional matters while aligning with business goals and initiatives
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines
- Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements
- Working with and advising business clients directly as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies where required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Circa 3-8 years experience in drafting reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
