What the role entails:

Some of the key responsibilities of our Head of Commercial Programs will be:

Team Leadership

  • Lead coach and develop a multi-functional team of specialists.
  • Set clear objectives aligned with company OKRs and and translate commercial priorities into actionable team plans.
  • Provide regular feedback coaching and career development support to build a high-performing motivated team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability curiosity collaboration across functions and encourage innovation in commercial programs.
  • Ensure commercial governance through regular performance reviews strategy sessions and structured communication with senior leadership.

Commercial Programs & Initiatives

  • Define and evolve the long-term strategy for commercial programs and the execution of customer content success operations campaigns promotions and new market entries.
  • Ensure programs are customer-centric innovative and measurable.
  • Design and implement scalable processes internal tooling and reporting that enable consistent execution across markets.
  • Partner with Business Development and Customer Success leadership to align programs with strategic goals and growth ambitions.
  • Anticipate market shifts and customer needs to proactively shape new initiatives and opportunities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.

Systems & Tools

  • Own the optimisation and adoption of CRM and key commercial applications.
  • Ensure systems and workflows improve productivity efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Continuously refine commercial operations to remove friction and improve time-to-market responsiveness and execution quality.

Insights & Impact

  • Ensure commercial programs systems and content are tracked and measured for effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on performance and outcomes.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the consistency scalability and impact of commercial activities.

We are seeking a Head of Commercial Programs to design and lead the strategy for a portfolio of programs that enable growth customer engagement and market expansion.

This role will set the long-term direction for initiatives spanning Customer Success Operations Promotions Games engagement CRM systems and new market entries.

With a strong commercial mindset the Head of Commercial Programs will ensure these initiatives are not only executed effectively but are developed strategically to deliver long-term business impact and align with the companys overall commercial priorities.

What we ask of you:

  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing a multi-functional team
  • Operational mindset with an ability to scale processes and teams
  • Strong background in Commercial Strategy Sales and/or Customer Success Operations
  • Experience in designing and delivering large-scale commercial programs and campaigns
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect programs to business development and growth objectives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels and across departments
