Job Summary

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Booking Consultant to assist clients with researching and securing accommodations worldwide. This role requires excellent communication skills strong organizational abilities and a customer-first mindset. The Hotel Booking Consultant will provide tailored recommendations manage reservations and ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.

Key Duties:

  • Assist clients with selecting hotels based on their travel needs preferences and budgets.

  • Research and recommend accommodations ranging from boutique hotels to luxury resorts.

  • Handle reservations booking confirmations and payment coordination.

  • Provide accurate information on hotel amenities policies and surrounding attractions.

  • Ensure clients receive clear itineraries and booking documentation.

  • Stay updated on hospitality industry trends promotions and new properties.

  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
