We are seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Booking Consultant to assist clients with researching and securing accommodations worldwide. This role requires excellent communication skills strong organizational abilities and a customer-first mindset. The Hotel Booking Consultant will provide tailored recommendations manage reservations and ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.

Key Duties:

Assist clients with selecting hotels based on their travel needs preferences and budgets.
Research and recommend accommodations ranging from boutique hotels to luxury resorts.
Handle reservations booking confirmations and payment coordination.
Provide accurate information on hotel amenities policies and surrounding attractions.
Ensure clients receive clear itineraries and booking documentation.
Stay updated on hospitality industry trends promotions and new properties.
Maintain accurate client records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
