Job Summary
Were recruiting for a Payroll Consultant to join us. Were offering a competitive base salary.

What youll be doing:
- Managing the transition of pensioner payrolls from previous providers
- Loading annuitant schemes and amendments onto administration systems
- Reconciling buy-in payments and ensuring accuracy within agreed timescales
- Supporting clients with ongoing queries and updates
- Ensuring benefits and payments align with benefit specifications
- Documenting and testing processes for consistency and improvement
- Maintaining full audit trails across all data lifecycle stages
- Communicating key updates to internal teams and third parties to support customer outcomes
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Demonstrating experience in payroll or pensions administration
- Understanding defined benefit pension schemes and relevant legislation
- Working confidently with Excel and data management tools
- Prioritising tasks effectively and meeting deadlines
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
- Showing commitment to treating customers fairly and ethically
- Holding or working towards relevant qualifications (e.g. CII PMI CPP)
