Job Description
Are you passionate about HR and looking to kick-start your career in a dynamic supportive environment Were looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the core functions of Human Resources while working in a flexible hybrid setup.
What Youll Do
As an HR Operations Intern you will work closely with our HR team to support day-to-day operations including:
- Assisting with HR documentation data entry and employee records management
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process
- Helping coordinate employee engagement activities
- Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR information
- Contributing to process improvement and HR projects
- Assisting in Social Ins. activities .... etc
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department
What Were Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
- Eagerness to learn contribute and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to commit to a hybrid internship schedule (in-office remote)
