About the job
As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving business forward. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts while also identifying and pursuing new leads and business opportunities through active cold calling and outreach. This role offers a full sales experience including account management new business development cold calling and active collaboration with a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct cold calls daily to generate and qualify new leads
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients
- Proactively seek out and engage potential clients presenting our services and solutions to generate new business
- Participate in team sales meetings sharing insights and strategies to support overall team success
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
- Proficiency in CRM software
