Minimum Qualifications

Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required. BSN preferred.

Experience: At least five years of clinical experience in a specialty setting or management role with three to five years of supervisory experience.

Licensure/Certifications: Active RN license in applicable state (or compact license) and current CPR certification.
Position Summary
The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating clinical operations within the emergency department. Reporting to the department director this role involves setting priorities based on patient and staff needs ensuring efficient workflows and upholding the organizations standards for quality care. This position serves patients across all life stages including pediatric adult and geriatric populations.
