Job Responsibilities:
- Consulting with candidates and supporting their job search activities.
- Planning daily/weekly actions to maximize time and effort.
- Checking the status of each job on the system and utilizing it for daily/weekly action planning.
- Searching for candidates for assigned positions.
- Screening and contacting candidates who have applied through job postings.
- Providing before/after interview preparation and follow-up for candidates.
- Communicating with internal members to understand the job requirements better.
- Arranging interview schedules for candidates invited to interviews.
- Tracking activities and analyzing data.
- Handling any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- At least 1 year of experience as a recruitment consultant recruiter or in talent acquisition from a recruitment agency or related industry.
- Ability to communicate in English both written and spoken.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to work 5 days a week near MRT Phetchaburi.
Required Experience:
