You will analyse client requirements implement HCM software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the SF - Employee Central Payroll team you are expected to work on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll projects focusing on system configuration and integration. As an Associate you are expected to focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are expected to support senior staff engage in research and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of experience with SAP Payroll
- Oral and written proficiency in English necessary

- Masters Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation project experience
- Advanced analytical skills and understanding of IT concepts
- Experience in enhancing Payroll control center
- Knowledge of custom validation rules and custom KPIs
- Experience in country-specific payroll implementation
- Advanced Global Payroll knowledge
- Ability to interact with management and technical specialists
