Job Description
Your Tasks
- Performs repairs and maintenance duties on a variety of industrial production machines such
as Computer Numerical Control (CNC) milling electrical discharge machine wire cut surface
grinding injection molding compressor and stamping machines - Carries out predictive and preventive maintenance cleaning and equipment servicing as per
instructions - Handles work order management system to receive accept and complete the tasks requested
- Carries out installation of new machinery and equipment
- Carries out settings of wiring controls as per the required standards and change components
where necessary - Collaborates with maintenance colleagues other departments and external service providers to effectively deliver solutions to maintenance problems
- Attends to emergency calls on equipment repair issues during and after work hours as required
- Supports any other maintenance duties assigned by the reporting head
Your Profile
- Certi cate or Diploma in electrical maintenance or related technical training at an engineering
technical institute - More than 2 years experience in repair and maintenance in the eld of production machines
- In-depth knowledge of basic electrical practice theory and safety
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of hydraulic systems in theory and in practice
- General computer literacy
- Ability to work in shifts
- Ability to communicate in Sinhala and English
