Job Description
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of IT business analysis experience focused on Temenos Transact/T24 Core Banking with strong Private Banking domain expertise.
- Proven experience handling multiple T24 modules such as Securities (Equities Fixed Income Mutual Funds) Cash Accounts & Deposits (AA AC MM FD) Corporate Actions Payments (TPH) Fees & Tax Accounting/EOX Credit Products (Mortgages Lombard Loans Structured Finance Guarantees) and Derivatives (Options Structured Products).
- Strong knowledge of Private Banking products with exposure to relevant Transact modules (AA MD SC DX SY etc.).
- Hands-on experience in conducting PLWs advising new processes and supporting system implementation projects.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with practical experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong analytical problem-solving project management communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between business needs and technology teams by translating requirements into effective system solutions for core banking projects.
- Conduct and support process-led workshops (PLWs) to gather and validate requirements ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Specification Documents (FSD) data mapping migration plans reporting and user guides.
- Propose innovative scalable solutions while mitigating operational and delivery risks.
- Lead requirement analysis solution design and system enhancements across T24/Transact core banking projects.
- Coordinate with business users internal teams and vendors during project management development testing migration training and production release phases.
- Ensure system solutions are aligned with business objectives regulatory standards and risk management practices.
- Manage stakeholder communication providing status updates change logs and escalating issues when necessary.
- Support end-to-end implementation of system changes ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Apply Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to manage requirements prioritisation and delivery.
