Job Description
We are looking for a Field Service Technician for our Laboratory Products Services department at Sartorius this role you will be responsible for servicing repairing calibrating laboratory instruments such as pipettes balances and lab water purification systems at our customers sites in Hungary.
The team consists of 10 professionals and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.
The role is field based attending at customers site 3-4 days a week within Hungary.

Grow with us YourResponsibilities
On a daily basis you will be responsible for providing service and customer support during field and in house visits
You will manage all on site maintenance test tasks for pipettes balances water purification systems diagnose errors or technical problems and determine reasonable solutions
You will produce timely and detailed service reports issue certificate of analysis for equipment in a timely manner
Follow companys procedures and policies as well as ISO MS GMP standards on customer sites
You will work closely with technical team and share information across the organization
Do you enjoy building relationship with customers You will improve customer satisfaction; help maximise customer retention whilst providing excellent customer service
What will convince us
Technical Education in electronics mechatronics would be ideal or relevant industry experience in the pharmaceutical biotechnology biological or chemical or laboratory environment though candidates from other industries will also be considered
Ability to troubleshoot test repair calibrate and service technical equipment
Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
Ability to work flexibly and efficiently and to adapt quickly to changing work schedules
Willingness to travel within Hungary
Strong customer service skills and great communication skills
Team player
Full driving license
