Job Description
Hito Solutions is recruiting an Architectural Works Foreman for one of our clients. This is a long-term assignment (minimum duration of 1 year) on a prestigious luxury residential project. The selected professional will act as the clients on-site specialist for all building finishes and architectural elements with an uncompromising focus on luxury standards. You will be responsible for daily inspections and quality assurance of the contractors work including marble and stone installations custom joinery high-end flooring faade treatments plastering painting and the installation of premium doors and windows.
Key Responsibilities:

Review architectural drawings finish schedules and specifications for luxury materials.

Inspect workmanship and materials for all finishing trades to ensure flawless quality.

Verify that architectural installations align seamlessly with MEP services and structural elements.

Approve mock-ups and material samples prior to mass installation setting benchmarks for quality.

Monitor protection measures for completed finishes to prevent damage.

Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any finishing work falling short of luxury standards.

Maintain detailed logs of architectural works progress and report to the Construction Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:

Technical High School Diploma in Architecture Civil Engineering or equivalent technical certification.

Minimum of 10 years experience as an Architectural/Finishing Foreman on luxury villas high-end apartments or 5-star hospitality projects.

Exceptional eye for detail with zero tolerance for defects.

Strong knowledge of luxury finishing materials (natural stone exotic woods etc.) and their application techniques.

Fluent English (mandatory).
