Job Summary
Now Hiring: Structured Cabling Foreman Houston TX
Electra Link is seeking a Structured Cabling Foreman to join our Houston team! In this role you will lead project planning scheduling and implementation while ensuring quality safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Oversee and interpret project requirements specifications and scope of work to ensure complete and accurate installation.
Implement and maintain all quality control and safety measures.
Manage project planning to ensure proper materials labor tools and resources are available on-site for timely completion.
Communicate effectively with team members management and customers.
Lead a project team of 6 members on multi-story building or campus projects.
Attend project meetings to coordinate scheduling objectives and milestones.
Handle all project documentation including closeout procedures test results as-built drawings and warranty submissions.
Manage all aspects of personnel materials and administrative duties.
Qualifications
Previous experience in structured cabling construction management or related fields.
BICSI certification preferred.
Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to manage teams.
Excellent communication skills with all levels of project personnel customers and management.
Highly organized deadline-driven and detail-oriented.
