Welcome to the Global Portfolio and Innovation Team

You will join the Global Portfolio and Innovation Team in the Human Health Biosolutions Unit. Anchored in this team you will collaborate with the Head of Global Portfolio Governance and our many Category teams consisting of Commercial Science and Portfolio Leads. Global Portfolio is a dynamic and international team with half of the team working in Denmark and the rest working in several European countries. We collaborate in a stimulating environment focused on developing and managing game-changing science-based biosolutions across health categories and different market segments (B2B B2C) establishing Novonesis leadership in the dietary supplement space.

In this role youll make an impact by:

Gathering insights data and information to summarize into crisp and clear communication. You will be a key asset in the management of Human Health Biosolutions Pipeline through securing data quality and making data analysis. You will support the definition and roll-out of processes and governance withing Innovation in Human Health to ensure the Human Health Biosolutions strategy are successfully translated into an opportunity roadmap improving the value of the full pipeline across the categories.

Key tasks:

• Ensure data quality and conduct data analysis of Innovation related projects including cost and pipeline value

• Support best practice and efficient project management through aligned processes and templates (incl. drafting communications via Novonesis aligned powerpoint format)

• Coordinate training activities related to the Novonesis stage-gate model to fit the Human Health Biosolutions organization

• Support coordination and facilitation of Innovation Board activities

• Support defining and implementing the Human Health Biosolutions Governance setup

• Support and coordinate the Portfolio Leads community in Global Portfolio

The role will require around 1015 hours per week including at least one day in the office in Hrsholm DK.

To succeed you must hold:

• . in biotechnology pharmaceutical nutritional education engineering or alike

• Proficiency in English

• A collaborative spirit and enjoy connecting to a large variety of stakeholders

• Proficiency in Excel / Powerpoint
