About The Opportunity
Step into a leadership role at the heart of Bundabergs cultural life. As Theatre Operations Manager of the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre you will have the exciting opportunity to shape the vision direction and delivery of one of the regions premier performance and entertainment venues.
This role is all about inspiring a passionate team driving innovation and ensuring the community and visitors alike enjoy exceptional entertainment experiences. From coordinating diverse programs and events to overseeing seamless venue operations you will play a pivotal background role in creating unforgettable moments for your community.
