About The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Administrator to manage the invoicing debt collection and financial support services related to girl member fees. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient processes while supporting families and leaders with fee queries and funding applications.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing termly billing and daily bank uploads
  • Managing member payments and applying funds accurately
  • Coordinating with families for payment plans and refund requests
  • Handling credit control and debt collection per internal policies
  • Responding to ad hoc financial queries from team members
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports
  • Supporting general finance tasks and filing as needed

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5 years of experience in accounts receivable with credit control experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and database systems
  • Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software
  • Strong analytical communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and strong time management
  • Experience in not-for-profit finance (desirable)
  • Comfortable working with remote teams and virtual collaboration tools

  • Flexibility with a willingness to attend occasional after-hours meetings
