Finance Officer 3-Month Contract
Location: Parramatta Government Division Start Date: 24th February
Are you an experienced Accounts Payable or Receivable professional ready for your next challenge ACM is currently seeking a talented individual to join a government division in Parramatta for a 3-month contract within the Financial Performance and Investments team. This is your chance to make a real impact while gaining valuable government experience.
About the Team
The Financial Performance and Investments division provides comprehensive financial services including budgeting procurement customer accounts and investment management. Youll be joining a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional services and outcomes for customers.
About the Role
In this role youll support the Customer Financial Services team by delivering high-quality services in paying bills processing investments and securing income for NSW Trustee and Guardian customers.
Youll be responsible for:
- Handling high-volume complex customer finance transactions
- Supporting and guiding internal Client Service Officers
- Ensuring the delivery of timely and consistent customer accounts and investment management services aligned with Customer Excellence Principles
About You
Wed love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in a high-volume customer service environment within the financial services industry
- Knowledge and experience in payments processing accounting or financial services (superannuation investment retail banking or insurance)
- Experience completing financial processes and reporting
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a related field such as finance accounting or systems
