Job Description

As a process expert you will be working in a small team within the CIO office playing a pivotal role in shaping and driving the driving the strategic product- and engineering transformation within R&BT Retail & Banking Technology. You will be successful coming in with a strong background in technology business acumen and strategic thinking.

The team

In this role you will design and support the organizations strategy by improving efficiency and effectiveness quality and time customer and employee satisfaction. You will orchestrate or improve processes that enable delivering on the strategy of Retail and Banking Technology and strategic alignment and enable users by transforming raw data into actionable insights through visualizations and reports.

Roles and responsibilities

The process expert is responsible for:

  • Analysis of As Is and To Be: Document complex as is and to be processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the to be capability to record accurately the change required. Uncover emerging issues or needs identifying potential causes barriers and key stakeholders as well as related issues.

  • Recommend changes to policies processes standards and practices that would improve operational support.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met and alignment is reached on the QBR. Focus on standardisation and consistency in WoW with Retail CIO Offices.

  • Project and Program Management: Works with full competence to identify potential stakeholders analyze their expectations and develop strategies for managing stakeholders and their expectations. Typically works without supervision and may provide technical guidance.

  • Reporting: Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on creating relevant lucid and effective reports next to creating reports for MT R&BT to support them in meetings like MT CTO DEM. Creates reports on portfolio and performance planning and progress.

  • Offers first line support for central governance queries acts as a SPOC for all change management governance queries and manages documentation on SharePoint and Orange Sharing.

  • Plans and aligns: Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals. For example strengthens alignment and coordination between own work and others providing well-sequenced activities and exact time frames. Foresees and resolves many potential bottlenecks and delays.

  • One Agile Way of Working: Has thorough knowledge of the Delivery model and the Way of Working. Contributes actively to relevant events/meetings by asking answering challenging. Acts as a moderator. Continuously improves the Way of Working and stimulates squads towards maturity in collaboration and content.

  • 5 years of large-scale process experience (at a renowned consulting firm) and/or working with a frontrunning digital financial institution in the areas of IT strategy Technology architecture IT governance or Operating model design

  • Proven experience in technology strategy development and execution

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build consensus

  • Experience in reporting process improvement and setting governance

  • In-depth knowledge of Power-Bi is a pre

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Business Administration)

  • Advanced degree (MBA Master) preferred
