Job Description
Main duties are:
- Sets production schedules based on forecasts resources and capacity.
- Coordinates with various departments (sales purchasing etc.) to ensure smooth operation.
- Ensures adherence to production schedules and client requirements.
- Maintains quality standards throughout the production process (including supplier and material checks).
- Implements solutions to improve production performance and quality.
- Plans and schedules tests for new products or processes.
- Ensuring compliance with procedures and quality parameters relating to products/customers (CRS Oekotex etc)
- Oversee and manage performance of production quality control and warehouse teams.
- Creates reports to communicate production information.
Requirements:
- Knowledge with trims and packaging
- Ability to analyze negotiate organize plan and control.
- Strategic and result-oriented problem solvers
- Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and good command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge on safety health and environmental regulations.
- Good team leader and team player
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
