Your Key Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Support theentire Lead-to-Inquiry processwith a strong customer-centric approach
• Actively participate in theproject organization and implementationof a new CRM software solution taking ownership of defined topics throughout the conception testing and rollout phases
• Manage theProject Management Office (PMO)for the upcoming CRM project ensuring smooth coordination and communication
• Drive initiatives tosignificantly improve customer data qualityacross systems
• Coordinate and implementinternal controls of customer master data in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Identify and implementautomation opportunitiesand process improvements in partnership with IT to enhance efficiency and control
• Providetraining and supportfor customer master data processes including the creation of manuals and training materials

During theonboarding period extensive travel toTbingen Germanyor even a temporary staywill be required to ensure a smooth integration into the team and processes.

Your Profile

Our preferred candidate should have a strong Sales background. If you have a global mindset with a focus on people and can tick a lot of the following boxes you have the perfect match for the position:

• An academic business and/ or industrial addition any work experience in B2B would be of advantage
• Being a driver and having proven experience insalesandproject management
• Astructured and process-orientedapproach to work
• Ability towork independentlyand take ownership
• Stronganalytical and strategic thinking including KPI development and reporting
• Open-minded and confident incommunication and trainingroles
• ExcellentEnglish communication skills; German is a plus
• A trueteam player eager to share knowledge and support others
• SolidIT understandingor experience collaborating with IT teams
• Interest inautomation and artificial intelligence
• Familiarity withSAP S/4Hana CRM BW systems andExcel
