Safe Work Environment We prioritize safety training and proper equipment at all times.
Inspect pallets for damage wear and structural issues.
Use tools like nail guns and power saws to repair pallets.
Replace boards reinforce weak areas and remove/replace nails.
Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Experience: 2 years of experience in manual labor carpentry construction or warehouse work prefer
Preferred backgrounds include: Pallet Repair Pallet Repair Technician Repairman Pallet Repair Specialist Production Associate - Pallet Repair or Pallet Assembly experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
Familiarity with tools such as nail guns saws and hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Team-oriented mindset with ability to meet production goals.
Reliable transportation and availability for overtime as needed.
Consistent attendance and dependable work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 75 to 100 lbs consistently (250300 times/day).
Ability to stand bend and lift for extended periods (8-10 hours).
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with dust noise and changing temperatures.
