Your Key Responsibilities
As EY Prisma Project Manager at EY Portugal you will:
- Map innovation initiatives existing resources and skills needed;
- Develop relationships with the EY Innovation Global Network external partners and EY Portugal Service Lines;
- Systematize collected information to align with Service Lines needs;
- Serve as the guardian of the EY Portugal Innovation Roadmap;
- Manage the end-to-end process of Service Lines and Sub Service Lines requests;
- Regularly report HUB findings and insights to the Innovation Practice Lead and Experience Manager.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management in the innovation field is a Plus;
- Engineering background is a plus;
- Technological seeker;
- Experience in collaborating and co-creating with clients industry experts startups academia and other key players in the innovative ecosystem;
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to address them;
- Strong leadership and communication skills with expertise in tools such as Miro Slack Jira Trello Confluence Canvas Excel and PowerPoint;
- Ability to navigate and facilitate discussions across multiple sectors and business practices;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus;
- Willingness to work in Portugal and abroad.
