The role:
As Project Manager you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a modern new-build retail development. You will:
- Manage all phases of the construction project from groundworks through to handover
- Lead a multidisciplinary site team and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure delivery is on time within budget and aligned with quality and safety standards
- Liaise with clients design teams and consultants to maintain clear communication throughout
- Report directly to senior management and play a key role in project strategy and problem-solving
You will need:
- 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role
- Proven track record delivering commercial or retail developments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and safety standards
- A construction-related degree or equivalent experience
