HRBP Colombia Bilingual
Reports to: People Team Lead
The HRBP will provide full-cycle HR support to a Shared Services Center (SSC) with 50 employees handling non-core business functions for a U.S.-based company. This role ensures the effective execution of HR processes including recruitment employee relations payroll coordination benefits administration compliance training and HR reporting. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders fostering a positive employee experience and supporting company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment ensuring timely hiring for open roles.
- Conduct interviews coordinate assessments and facilitate hiring decisions.
- Oversee onboarding to enhance new hire engagement and reduce early turnover.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employees addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Drive engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Support managers in performance management coaching and disciplinary actions.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Ensure accurate payroll cross checking in coordination with external providers.
- Supports benefits programs ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Support leadership development and succession planning efforts.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain HR dashboards and generate reports on key HR metrics for decision-making.
- Track and report turnover absenteeism and other workforce trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws and HR best practices.
- H&S license
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (B2-C1 proficiency).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
