- Recruiting and ministry of interns bachelor and master students
- Participate in career fairs with the team
- Person of contact for all employees in KJP for all HR relevant questions
- Coordination and preparation of the onboarding process for new employees including the organization of the welcome day
- Conduct exit interviews and process
- Keep the employee data in the personnel information system people soft up to date
- Maintain employees timecard and working rule management and prepare attachment documents
- Generation of the headcount and HR KPI report in close cooperation with controlling maintain HR monthly KPI (training Attrition Rate Internal move rate etc.)
- Maintain annual training plan and support all managers Keep training records. Conduct HR related trainings. Support the training held by HQ.
- Updating of contracts and personnel letters in line with the current judicature in close cooperation with the employers federation
- Member of the global HR project team with the aim of standardizing and optimizing the global HR Processes
- Operate any HR systems (People soft Taleo Performance Mgt. System HRBI Compliance Training system etc.)
- Support to employees satisfaction improvement activities.
- Support local management team and oversea management team.
Commercial or HR focused apprenticeship or university degree in Human Resources Management or comparable
7-10 years working experience in the area of human resources
Experiences of Recruiting talent Development People relationship improvement
Good knowledge of MS office/PC skills
Very good Japanese and English language skills are required
