Robinson Pharma Inc. (Santa Ana CA) needs an Accounting Assistant:
Reconciles invoices and identifies discrepancies. Creates and updates expense reports. Processes reimbursement forms. Prepares bank deposits. Enters financial transactions into internal databases. Checks spreadsheets for accuracy. Participates in quarterly and annual audits. Maintains all accounts payable files (i.e. scan invoices W9 W8) including filing invoices renaming and updating vendor files estimates 2-3 times per week. Sorts invoices in descending and ascending order files invoices and puts them into boxes. Prepares and sends AP checks with appropriate documentation. Requests monthly open balance statements from vendors (match with our book to avoid past due invoices). Follows/adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) Standard Safety Practices and all company policies/procedures. Completes other duties as assigned by management.
