Job Description

Primary Purpose of the Position
- You will support Master Data Analysts/Specialists in day-to-day transaction processing.
- You will be responsible for submitting and completing operational and/or clerical tasks as assigned by the Master Data Analyst or Senior Team Lead.
- You will report directly to the Master Data Senior Team Lead and have a functional reporting line to the Master Data Senior Analyst.
Duties and Responsibilities
- You will prepare master data extractions needed by various business stakeholders.
- You will consolidate request approval for release and archive monthly reports for Master Data.
- You will perform global IDoc extractions assign tasks and monitor their status.
- You will handle ServiceNow (SNOW) assignments and monitor progress.
- You will participate in the bi-annual review of users with administrative access in the Certification system.
- You will review software version control records as part of regular audits.
- You will conduct quarterly controls to validate that no changes have been made to DAM Rules in the Certification system.
Qualifications
- You are actively pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy Business Administration Financial Management or a related field.
- You have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- You are able to provide a School/University MOA and an Endorsement Letter.
- You demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- You have excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.
- You enjoy engaging in extracurricular activities and work well in a team setting.
- You value diversity and show an understanding of cultural sensitivity.
