Were on a mission to revolutionize light detection technologyand were growing fast. As we expand globally were looking for an Industrial Engineer whos passionate about process improvement scaling operations and making a real impact from day one.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As part of our new Industrialisation Team youll be at the forefront of transforming how we operate. Youll:
- Analyze and improve cross-departmental workflows to scale production and business processes
- Solve complex challenges like increasing product yield and manufacturing efficiency
- Implement Lean or Six Sigma principles to streamline operations
- Work hands-on in a multidisciplinary team to turn innovative ideas into scalable systems
- Drive continuous improvement with a data-driven and people-focused approach
Your profile and requirements
You thrive in dynamic fast-growing companies and love optimizing systems. You are:
- Educated:Bachelors or Masters in Industrial Engineering Industrial Management or similar (e.g. Technische Bedrijfskunde)
- Experienced: Background in production process improvement or manufacturing (start-ups or scale-ups a big plus)
- Analytical & decisive: You use data and logic to make things better faster smarter
- Communicative: You collaborate easily across departments and drive change
- Practical & action-oriented: You dont just strategize you implement and deliver results
Bonus points if you have:
- Python skills or experience with data tools
- Knowledge of business operations or management
- Affinity with physics photonics or high-tech environments
- Be part of a diverse ambitious and passionate team
- Work in a scale-up backed by deep-tech innovation and global customers
- Help build processes from the ground up and see your work have real measurable impact
- Collaborate with scientists engineers and business professionals at the forefront of quantum technology
