JOB TITLE: Sales Manager / Sales Head B2B Sales (Hotels & Holiday Packages)

JOB LOCATION:Lagos

ADVERTISEMENT
  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Sales Head to promote our B2B website and drive sales of our hotel and holiday packages. This is a strategic role that demands an individual with deep expertise in B2B sales and a strong grasp of the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to promote our B2B platform and achieve revenue goals.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential B2B clients including travel agencies corporate clients and other partners.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends competition and new business opportunities.
  • Product Promotion: Highlight and communicate the unique selling points of our hotel and holiday packages to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with marketing operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular performance market and client feedback reports to senior management.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Training: Mentor and train junior sales team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in the travel industry.
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong sales negotiation and relationship management skills with a proven record of meeting targets.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the travel industry hotel and holiday packages and B2B sales dynamics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
