We are seeking a motivated and creative Design Intern to join our Agency Distribution Department. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in graphic design and contribute to various projects that support our communication efforts with insurance agents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design a strong portfolio and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in designing digital posters flyers social media graphics and power point templates tailored for insurance agents.
- Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines specific to agent communications.
- Collaborate with the agency distribution team to create digital content for agent portals and social media platforms.
- Help create presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders focusing on agent-related content.
- Design infographics charts and other visual elements to enhance our messaging to agents.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
- Manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with video editing and animation software.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design.
