The opportunity
We are looking for a proactive HR Advisor specializing in compensation and benefitsto join our People Advisory Services team. The ideal candidate should possess aminimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits. A solid understanding ofjob architecture job evaluation job leveling and reward systems and structuresis essential as well as the ability to identify the interrelationships within these frameworks. With appropriate guidance you will be a valuable resource for leadership contributing to the development and implementation of reward strategies for our diverse clients. (Please note that this position is not an internal HR role rather it is a client-facing position.)
