Sr. Manger or Manager Physical Design
THE ROLE:
Lead a cross-site physical design team to perform physical implementation whole steps from RTL to GDS-out
THE PERSON:
- Strong self-motivation for the assignment
- Strategic thinker
- Good communication skill
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a cross-site physical design team to perform physical implementation whole steps from RTL to GDS-out
- Co-work with company internal experts to drive PPA improvement in the project
- Develop physical implementation methodologies to align advanced technology in industry
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Preferred 8 year experience on synthesis or physical design in digital ASIC chips
- Experience tapeout 16nm or below process digital AISC chips
- Had managed a team beyond 10 engineers
- Be very familiar with synthesis and physical design methodology
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills with cross-site and cross-organization teams
