Position Responsibilities:
Perform data analysis modeling and visualization using Power BI to provide data-driven decision support.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and integrate data from multiple sources.
Process and analyze data using Python developing automated data processing scripts.
Collaborate with business departments to understand their data needs and provide corresponding data solutions.
Maintain and optimize existing BI systems to ensure efficient operation.
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in English or Japanese excellent communication skill and stakeholder management
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science or a related field.
Experience as a BI Engineer or in a related position.
Proficient in data analysis and modeling using Power BI.
Deep understanding of ETL processes with experience in designing and developing ETL.
Proficient in SQL capable of writing complex queries and performing performance optimization.
Skilled in data processing and analysis using Python.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other BI tools (e.g. Tableau QlikView).
Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark).
Experience in data warehouse design and development.
Basic proficiency in Japanese is a plus (supporting Japan Market).
