About the Role
As Manager Strategy & Corporate Finance you will help shape Airas growth path by combining strategic analysis with financial execution. You will work on evaluating new business opportunities supporting long-term capital strategy and ensuring that financial resources are aligned with Airas ambitions.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer you will contribute to strategic planning build financial models to guide decision-making and support fundraising processes. This is a hands-on role where you will prepare analyses business cases and materials that directly support leadership the board and investors.
What Youll Be Doing
- Contribute to the development of new business segments including market analysis business case creation and execution planning.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making capital planning and fundraising.
- Assist in planning and driving M&A and fundraising processes including preparation of materials and coordination with external stakeholders.
- Prepare business updates dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders including the board and investors.
- Work closely with Strategy Finance and Commercial teams to align growth initiatives with capital resources and drive company-wide cross-functional projects
What Youll Bring to the Role
- 3 years of experience in investment banking corporate finance private equity or similar fields.
- Strong skills in financial modelling valuation and strategic analysis as well as experience supporting fundraising and M&A processes
- Genuine interest in go-to-market strategies and operational execution.
- Structured and analytical thinking with an ability to simplify complexity and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills including experience working with senior stakeholders.
- An academic degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
