Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior QA/Test Manager to join public sector projects focused on development modernization and digitalization of state services. Project specifics will be presented during the interview process.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing
- Ability to create and implement test plans strategies and methodologies
- Experience writing and executing detailed test scenarios
- Strong skills in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) organizing executing and coordinating UAT processes
- Deep understanding of quality management processes and ability to maintain quality standards
- Fluency in Lithuanian
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in the public sector or large-scale IT projects
- Familiarity with modern QA tools and frameworks
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee testing activities within public sector development and modernization projects
- Develop implement and manage comprehensive testing strategies
- Organize and coordinate UAT
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
- Prepare documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams
