    • While not essential a degree in HR Business or a related field would be a nice bonus.

      What youll do:

      • Source Top Talent: Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources to find and engage candidates for our open roles.
      • Craft Engaging Outreach Messages: Write personalised and compelling messages to connect with candidates and encourage responses.
      • Build Candidate Pipelines: Proactively maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
      • Schedule Interviews: Coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters and ensure a smooth process.
      • Collaborate with Recruiters: Partner closely with the recruiter(s) to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
      • Maintain Accurate Data: Keep records up to date in our ATS and assist in tracking recruitment metrics.

          Key Information

          • Salary: 30000
          • Hours: 8.30am 5pm Mon-Fri
          • Working pattern: Up to 2 days flexibility to work from home (FT in office during probation)
          • Location: London/Moorgate office

          We offer a hybrid work environment balancing office and remote work. To support your training and development during your initial three-month probation this period will be fully office-based five days a week. Following this we anticipate a regular office presence of at least three days a week to maintain collaboration and team connection.
