The Head of Talent Acquisition will design and oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies ensuring the organization attracts hires and retains top technology professionals. Reporting to the CHRO this role will manage a team of recruiters develop innovative sourcing channels establish strong employer branding initiatives and partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs. You will play a critical role in strengthening the companys talent pipeline and supporting its rapid expansion in the IT sector.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred).
10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 5 years in a leadership role preferably within IT/Technology or related industries.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi market with experience in hiring both local and international talent.
Proven expertise in building recruitment strategies employer branding and talent pipelines.
Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
Strong stakeholder management leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and talent analytics.
