Brand Manager - Benecol

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Benecol Brand Manager within a leading global food company dedicated to improving health through scientifically backed nutrition. Reporting to the Country Director Finland you will play a pivotal role in driving the future growth of Benecol brand in Finland. We also plan to expand into new markets and this role will cover some of those future markets as well.

We are seeking aBrand Managerwith a commercial mindset and strong execution skills to bring our global brand strategy to life in the local market. This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of every consumer touchpoint and knows how to adapt global guidelines to local needs without compromising brand integrity.

You will continuously track brand performance and communication effectiveness making data-driven adjustments to optimise results. With a collaborative mindset you will contribute to strategic planning and communications development by sharing insights and improving processes. You will also work closely with the HCP Communications Manager to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all touchpoints. Additionally you will support sales teams in customer meetings and co-develop impactful go-to-market plans.

As part of both the local country team and the international marketing team this role offers exposure to local and global market dynamics requiring a balance of strategic vision and operational execution.
