Now were looking for a Group Service Delivery Manager to lead and elevate our core service delivery and customer service operations across our markets.
Your role in our journey
As Group Service Delivery Manager youll be the driving force behind the success of our service operations ensuring that every customer interaction communication integration and delivery process runs smoothly and scales with our growth. Delivering over 80000 high-level 1-to-1 meetings between C-level decision-makers and key solution providers across 11 markets. This role will be a key enabler in making that happen every single day.
You will:
- Lead and develop our Customer Care & Service Team ensuring they deliver top-tier service experiences across all customer touchpoints.
- Own and evolve our delivery processes defining improving and aligning them across teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Be the voice of service delivery in cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success Software Development and Marketing aligning priorities for seamless execution.
- Oversee key customer communications and platform integrations ensuring transparency quality and satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
- Continuously improve performance metrics processes and tools to enhance speed scalability and customer impact.
What you bring to the team
Were looking for a structured proactive and service-minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced tech-enabled B2B environment. You combine strong operational thinking with a passion for collaboration and customer excellence.
You likely have:
- Several years of experience in Service Delivery Management Customer Operations or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in creating and optimizing processes in a scaling or international environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills you align teams and get things done.
- A hands-on mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
