What Youll Do
- Define and prioritize the product backlog translating business needs into clear user stories.
- Gather and document requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Engineering Design Data and Operations to drive initiatives from concept to release.
- Ensure alignment with stakeholders through transparent communication and regular updates.
- Leverage data and user insights to optimize workflows and guide product decisions.
- Support agile ceremonies and contribute to release planning and feature validation.
Who You Are
- 5 years of experience as Product Owner Business Analyst or similar role in fintech tech banking or SaaS.
- Proven ability to gather requirements and align business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of API integrations and backend-focused product development.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira Confluence Product Discovery desirable).
- Skilled in diagramming tools (e.g. ) analytics platforms (Mixpanel Amplitude) and mockup/design tools.
- Strong communicator with experience aligning cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset confident using data and KPIs for decision-making.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills.
